I am a residential real estate agent on the Thompson Team at Harry Norman, Realtors serving buyers and sellers in the greater Atlanta area. In this role I developed new processes, unique modeling and expanded research capabilities for the team. Since joining in partnership, we have consulted clients on over 200 transactions in the residential real estate market including analyzing market and industry trends, projecting investment returns on both cash flow and appreciation basis, and leading clients through all the stages of the transaction: property identification/listing, due diligence, closing and possession. I am affiliated with a large and well respected brokerage firm in Atlanta, on an established small team with two other women, working in a collaborative team model, consistently #1 in the office and top tier in the company.
