ABOUT RACHEL OWEN
Rachel Owen is a Chicago-based Merchandise Manager, Tour Manager, and live music event specialist. She leads with the intent to cultivate a safe, efficient, successful, and fun environment on and off the road.A 2024 graduate of Columbia College Chicago, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business with a focus in Artist Management. In the first two years of her career, she embarked on four North American tours and one Australian tour as the Tour Manager, Merch Manager, and VIP Coordinator. Additionally, she works extensively across greater Chicagoland as a freelancer, working in various live production roles. In 2025, she joined the team of South Sound Block Party-an indie music festival hosted in Olympia, WA. She considers SSBP to be the greatest joy of her career so far. Rachel is passionate about advocacy in the music industry, and intends to be a supporter to women, people with disabilities, and minorities in every role she holds.
