   Managing and overseeing the creative strategy for incentive programs that creates a positive attendee experience and strategically aligns with the company\'s brand and message- Collaborating with partner vendors and hotels to meticulously coordinate evening events, signage, and gifting logistics before the program, ensuring flawless execution- Executing incentive programs onsite, including overseeing onsite staff and managing effective communication with hotels and vendors- Planning and executing events in a variety of national and global markets, thereby building and maintaining a network outside of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Leveraging this network to enhance the diversity and reach of Type A Events- Researching and presenting gifting strategies tailored to resonate with a diverse attendee base- Developing and managing event signage grids in collaboration with clients and vendor partners. Providing specifications for all signage requirements and overseeing creative development schedules and initiative timelines.
