I work with pharma and biopharma teams at the point where development chemistry stops being “good enough” and has to survive the realities of pivotal trials, filing, and commercial supply.Most of the situations I’m involved in are not greenfield. They’re inherited: • a process that worked at small scale but is now under strain • an in-licensed asset with an existing CDMO relationship • chemistry that becomes high-risk once potency, energy, or particle control really matterI’m a trained medicinal chemist, but my role today sits in the grey space between technical confidence and commercial consequence. I help teams quickly determine whether their current manufacturing strategy is genuinely fit for the next phase — or whether it’s quietly accumulating risk.At SK Pharmteco, I support small-molecule API programs where standard approaches fall short, particularly involving highly potent, energetic, continuous, or particle-engineered chemistry.
