I’m a Learning & Development specialist and Business Psychologist-in-training, dedicated to creating safer, healthier and more human‑centred workplaces—particularly within the gambling industry.With deep expertise in instructional design, safer gambling training, workplace wellbeing, and behavioural science, I design learning that actually changes behaviour, not just ticks boxes.
