The Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion (DSRI) division works in close partnership with senior leaders and key functional partners across Wells Fargo to ensure our diversity work is closely integrated in all aspects of the business strategy, including supplier diversity and enterprise accessibility. As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE & I) Lead Communication Consultant in the Chief Administrative Office, I am a part of a critical team that is responsible for the planning and execution support of key initiatives across multiple program and product teams that align to Wells Fargo’s priorities, and contribute to desired outcomes for diversity, equity, and inclusion. In April 2022, I became a certified Brand Steward for the Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion division. There are 300 brand stewards across the bank, and the role is a compliance role, which ensures the creative assets developed for the bank are used in accordance with brand guidelines. In January 2023, I began serving as the communications subject matter expert for Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion division’s LoudSpeaker program. LoudSpeaker is an enterprise-wide program that allows employees from across the bank to submit their thoughts, ideas and concerns to all of the different divisions within the bank. Responses to employee submissions are tracked for quality of response and are measured by response time parameters set by the LoudSpeaker enterprise team.
