About Rachel Forth

Rachel Forth is the Assistant Director of Engagement Communications at Reconstructing Judaism. She oversees the organization\'s marketing and social media, including content creation and online event streaming and managing the organization\'s event marketing. In addition, Rachel was a co-author of \"Turning an In-Person Fundraiser Into a Successful Online Event\" on eJewish Philanthropy in response to changing in-person events to virtual ones due to COVID-19. Before joining Reconstructing Judaism, she worked in various roles in the Conservative and Reform movements. She also volunteered to run events for Hazon Food Festivals, LimmudPhilly, and a local farmers market that dealt with combating food insecurity in a Philadelphia neighborhood. Currently, Rachel oversees programming for Philadelphia\'s PRSA chapter and will become the President of the Board starting in January 2023.

Manages organization-wide marketing calendar, event marketing, and email communications. • Oversee 19 social media pages within the organization. • Transitioned organization\'s events from in-person to virtual at the beginning of April 2020. Currently have seen more than 2,500 registrations and more than of registration and donations. • Lead first two successful #GivingTuesday campaigns, creating a day of community with live stream events that raised more than in the first year and in the second year.
