Assists in the development of all programs which includes rating, forms, underwriting guidelines, website design and training of staff. Oversea the development of quality control including self-audits, authority level training, granting of authority and documenting all processes and procedures. Development of sales training. Claims liason, expert witness and assist in claims training.
