Support the Human Resources Department by providing support with implementing talent practices and plans in support of an end-to-end Talent Strategy that enables CXI Group to attract, engage, develop, and retain the talent needed in support of our strategic priorities and business enablers. This role will partner closely with the VP, HR and other members of HR and L&D, and key business stakeholders across the CXI Group to ensure delivery on the priorities and people strategy. In addition, I serve as the back-up for the HR Team within the realm of recruitment, employee relations, learning design and other HR areas where assistance is needed.
