ABOUT RACHEL BUTLER
I have a passion for understanding customer needs, changing behaviours, and how we can design new concepts to build a more human-centric future. Currently, I am a part of Deloitte Digital\'s Customer Strategy team, focusing on designing and creating new concepts based on customer insight across various industries, with a focus on government and public sector. I had the incredible opportunity to support the launch of Deloitte Ventures, Deloitte Canada\'s corporate venture capital fund, and previously participated in Dalhousie\'s CDL-Atlantic (Creative Destruction Lab) program, in which I worked with mentors and founders to provide consulting-type services throughout the last year of my MBA. I am passionate about the start-up and venture ecosystem, and hope to bring my research and customer-led experience into that space in the future.I am fluent in Spanish, and grew up in Mexico City.
