ABOUT RACHEL DALINKA
As a talent, community, and business development professional, my team and I work with organizations to identify their education needs. We then create programming that addresses employee, organizational, and community growth, and deliver and assess the programs. My goal is to offer meaningful education opportunities, and encourage purposeful work relationships, to inspire the changes that bring success to individuals, organizations, and communities.Starting in 2019, I have had the privilege to consult with managed medicaid provider Keystone First PA, creating Career Development programming and as the Community Outreach Lead in Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester Counties. My work in the Public Health space has informed everything else I do and my focus is currently on improving the career preparedness and encouraging the use of available resources for people with varieties of barriers, such as socioeconomic, education, and justice involvement.I have been a part of the Keys to Success Collaborative since 2021, a group of Workforce Professionals, Shelter Managers, and Employers working together to help people in shelters find sustainable work. We attained non-profit status in 2024 and will be expanding our services in 2026. The Opening Doors Podcast was launched in August of 2024.
