New Business: I lead Global Communities\' most complex and high-priority proposals, leading proposal teams to secure over $128M in new project funding through both grants and contracts. I advise multi-disciplinary teams to rapidly update project budgets and terms of reference/scopes of work to increase funding for current programs. Responsible for submitting funding applications to the donor/client on time, confirming receipt, and ensuring compliance with all client/donor requirements. I have experience with the Shipley method and multiple avenues for market diversification including US government-wide contracting vehicles (OASIS, GSA MAS), indefinite quantity (IQC) and indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts, oral presentations, multi-step applications, and strategic donor cultivation. I write significant portions of new business proposals, working closely with subject matter experts, and rapidly onboarding consultants or other internal resources as needed.Knowledge Management (KM): I lead implementation of KM strategies and systems to improve efficiency. I manage our new business pipeline through Salesforce as the “single source of truth\" and redesigned our new business SharePoint site and document/tool repository which improved user experience and up-take/use of materials. I serve on the Office 365 Governance Committee for Global Communities, providing strategic guidance on the use of IT systems. Tested Microsoft CoPilot for business development. I advised external vendors to significantly rehaul Global Communities’ intranet to increase use for offices across 40+ countries. I also migrated submitted proposal data stored in three separate intranets into a single secure online location following a merger and subsequent acquisitions. I routinely develop Standard Operating Procedures, lead trainings, and build new business capacity across the organization.
