About Rachel Lande

No one sets out to be a Salesforce Administrator, and with an Elementary Education degree that was never on my radar. I got a start in tech support when the economy was at a low point in 2010, and quickly became a Salesforce super user. I have been a certified Salesforce Administrator since 2016. I have delved into the ins and outs of dozens of tools throughout the years and strive to be impactful by utilizing data and recommending solutions based off analytics. My enthusiasm is apparent when it comes to sharing knowledge with my peers and end users even as an administrator of internal tools. My perspective to approaching problem solving has been invaluable in my contributions to projects and analyzing solutions - I try to ask the purposeful questions like: why, how can we measure this will make a difference, can we prove that this will be effective in solving our problem. I take pride in delivering what is really wanted by business users, and am accountable when changes need to be made. Since no one knows everything about everything, I try to take on new challenges that expand my capabilities and push me to a higher level of expertise in order to further business objectives. I am glad to be on this path of a lifelong learner and will continue to take on new skills and opportunities to better myself.
