Oversees research and clinical operations for VA WOOP Study at the MOTIVATE Research Lab, investigating the impact of a motivational psychology strategy on weight loss, weight management, healthy eating, and physical activity in Veterans- Works closely with Principal Investigator, Project Coordinator, Lead Data Specialist, and broader stakeholders within the NYU Langone Health system, Manhattan Veterans Health Administration, and IRB to develop and scale our research and clinical processes- Leads onboarding, training, and ongoing management of team of eight research assistant interns, including creating training materials, establishing and implementing lab workflows, analyzing productivity measures to inform process improvements, and supervising client visits and procedures- Heads all clinical, data, and operational training of WOOP Coaches; trains coaches to administer and teach clients how to utilize the WOOP intervention in their daily lives, an evidence-based imagery tool known as Mental Contrasting with Implementation Intentions- Spearheads data collection processes and testing of the fidelity, feasibility, and reliability of the WOOP Intervention, including the use of the digital WOOP application
