About Rachel B.
Leave people better than you found them.\" That\'s been my life\'s motto just about as far back as I can remember. My younger self hadn\'t quite grasped yet what it was to have a code of ethics, but I knew that I cared deeply about people, and that I wanted to have a positive impact on the world around me. That idea of being a force for good has never really stopped informing my decisions. It drove me to focus on business ethics and social responsibility as I pursued higher education. It has pushed me to put my skills to use for causes and sometimes companies that I believe make people\'s live better. It\'s made me an efficient and honest employee, a compassionate leader, and very much an evangelist for the idea that profitability and ethics do not need to be mutually exclusive priorities. Every one of us can change the world, one person at a time.
