I’m a CPB with nearly 20 years of public practice / industry experience, and I’ve built a career out of turning chaos into clarity. Whether it’s messy books, broken workflows, or bumpy client transitions, I’ve seen it, fixed it, and probably improved the system along the way - but my real work goes beyond clean books and tight processes. I build people, not just systems.Over the years, I’ve mentored junior staff, led firm-wide tech transitions, and reimagined onboarding workflows from the ground up. Whether I’m rolling out a new platform, cleaning up a year’s worth of backlog, or guiding someone through their first month-end close, I lead with curiosity, patience, and high standards. I don’t believe in perfection, but I do believe in progress, and I’m here for every step of it.My mantra is simple: Be brave enough to suck at something new. I’ve supported businesses across industries (e-commerce, construction, SaaS, hospitality and more) helping them build accounting systems that support real decisions.Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two incredible humans and one very spoiled mini Aussiedoodle. I believe in working hard, laughing often, and building a life I don’t need a vacation from.
