Manage day-to-day program implementation for a portfolio of $10.5m in USAID-funded agriculture programs implemented by IESC: the Farmer-to-Farmer Access to Finance Program in Kenya, Tanzania and Liberia and the Feed the Future Tanzania Agri-Finance Project Associate Award.Serve as primary point of contact for client and field office teams, leading regular meetings and providing client updates and presentations. Ensure programs are managed in accordance with donor regulations, agreement requirements, and IESC policies.Closely monitor program budgets and spending through burn rate tracking and regular budget analyses.Lead work plan strategy and program report development for, including oversight of MEL activities and monitoring of progress towards achieving indicator targets. Oversee program startup and close out including the creation of and submission of initial and final deliverables, and operational aspects of office opening/closing. Coordinated three program startups in 20••••24 covering six countries, including hiring of 12 key staff members, development of four workplans, three MEL plans, and three technical analyses.Identify, hire and onboard program staff including Key Personnel positions such as Chiefs of Party, Program Directors, Country Directors and MEL Managers. Contribute to new business development including through proposal budget creation, including management of local cost collection consultants, selection of Key Personnel, and writing selected sections of proposals. Provide oversight and management to volunteer experts and consultants to conduct short term assignments in three countries, including through agreement management, deliverable review and presentation of deliverables to client. Coordinated and facilitated co-creation process with USAID for two new awards totaling $8.3 million. Supervise a Senior Program Associate, coordinating the backstopping efforts for programs and day-to-day financial and operational oversight.
