   Consults with rural civic organizations needing feasibility studies, strategic plans, roadmaps, and grant support.Supported Oregon\'s South Coast & Southern Oregon regions in assessing the community need for an Innovation Hub in alignment with Business Oregon\'s 10 Year Innovation Plan. Then, in a second stage, led regional stakeholders through workshops to develop Hub strategic plans that reflect their regional needs before applying for funding from Business Oregon for the creation of said Hubs.Contracting with Business Oregon to run ongoing monthly Hub check-in meetings for all nine funded Innovation Hubs and planning/delivering four quarterly deep-dive learning sessions for them on common topics of concern/interest.Assisted a regional nonprofit in Eastern Kentucky with a final round EDA Recompete grant application ($50M) that will address the prime age employment gap in 12 Appalachian counties. The grant includes: workforce development services, entrepreneurship programming, and wrap-around support for residents in their region.Led several partners in Oregon\'s Coos County through program design, budgeting, and a successful funding request for the creation of a business incubator.
