About Rachel B.
Public health social worker threading the needle between individual and systems-level interventions to create lasting social change. In my therapy practice, I work from an abolitionist, life-affirming lens. My interests include identity exploration, relationship challenges (platonic, romantic, nonmonogamy, polyamory), trauma, anxiety, depression, and dis/ability. I also enjoy working with clients who are navigating grief and loss, substance use, and self-esteem. I draw from psychodynamic, polyvagal theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative liberatory therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.
