By remapping our workflows we were able to reduce single-piece processing by 80% while also enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, I earned a reputation among Amazon VPs, IT Directors, and site leaders for my track record of success aligning senior stakeholders with competing goals using my engaging personality, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.Another aspect of my career revolves around using my servant leadership style, communication skills, and active listening abilities to position projects teams to deliver results. I excel at applying my customer-focused approach to working with suppliers, senior leaders, and stakeholders while streamlining end user decisions and processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed business objectives on time and within budget.
