About Rachel Avery
With 15+ years of experience across SaaS, real estate, hospitality, e‑commerce, grassroots organizing, and a meaningful chapter in the Peace Corps, I specialize in building authentic communities, optimizing operations, & guiding people through pivotal moments. 15 years on the Reddit platform has taught me how to turn authentic engagement into impact. I build playbooks, coach teams on showing up the right way, & help brands earn trust by aligning with Reddit’s culture. I also work with coaching brands, startups, & community‑led businesses to design, launch, and scale Circle.so platforms. From structuring membership spaces & automations to rolling out engagement flows and cross‑team collaboration, I build systems that foster genuine connection & measurable impact. In real estate, I focus on guiding VA buyers and first‑time homeowners, providing contract-to-close support, compliance oversight, & calm, clear guidance through one of life’s biggest decisions. I’ve worked with the Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Kamala Harris campaigns to mobilize voters, train volunteers, and moderate content.
