About Rachel A. R. Porter
I am the Co-Founder of Kneading Change, a narrative justice company helping individuals and organizations Reclaim Wholeness through liberation-focused coaching, consulting and facilitation. My practice as a coach, digital storyteller, grant writer and facilitator aims to connect people and organizations with the (ancestral) truth of their past, so they can journey more purposefully and equitably into the future.I am eager to work with organizations ready to tell stories, create products and offer services that help people, places and institutions live forward into a climate just future. If you are a leader looking for strategic communications services, grant writing or innovative DEIB/I-DEA training rooted in narrative and social justice movements, please reach out!I am also excited to coach individuals who are motivated to connect with their ancestors, embrace multiple identities and find new ways to adapt and thrive in the current era of change. As a coach I specialize in: weaving and balancing personal and professional life; building a career that cultivates wholeness; intersectional identities; privilege and power; mixed identity; grief; caregiving and chronic stress; and healing from burnout and compassion fatigue through self-care and community care.Connect with me via DM or email i•••@kneadingchange.org.Bio-Rachel A.
