Compensation Analysis: Recommend new hire salary offers/rate changes for promotions/transfers/salary adjustments via position evaluation process using market analysis/internal peer comparison -Work collaboratively & advise Hiring Managers/Talent Acquisition/People Partners on compensation analysis/policies -Manage participation of external salary/compensation surveys -Benchmark roles against survey data/market research to determine competitive ranges for identified jobs -Prepare for union negotiations/enact collective bargaining agreement’s compensation/rewards practices -Participate as compensation subject matter expert on People Team projects Compensation Administration/Compliance: Conduct all compensation compliance efforts including timely collection of onboarding Wage Theft Protection Act (WTPA) forms, managing federal/state/local minimum wage increases, regulatory reporting requirements, etc-Determine FLSA classification & geographic zone location for job evaluations -Audit/reconvene with staff/managers for merit increases & assist computing/processing raises for unions -Provide assistance correcting payroll discrepancies & time tracking administration -Maintenance of compensation systems in Workday -Complete compliance-related projects & reporting as needed Compensation Communications/Resources: Draft communications & maintain policies/procedures for compensation -Maintain the Workplace Knowledge Library for the Compensation Team -Develop & facilitate staff training on compensation -Create deliverables & innovative compensation solutions
