As a Development Studies graduate with a deep passion for youth empowerment and employment programs, I am committed to creating impactful solutions that foster growth and opportunity. My background in Development Studies, coupled with hands-on experience in designing educational content, has equipped me with a keen understanding of social impact projects. My expertise spans project management, content creation, and community outreach, all aimed at driving meaningful change.From an early age, my strong sense of justice and equality shaped my worldview. Growing up in a hostel environment, I questioned why certain privileges were reserved for older students while others were expected to remain silent. This curiosity fueled my determination to excel academically and become a representative who championed fairness for all. At the age of 11, I served as an assistant warden, an experience that deepened my commitment to addressing gender and social inequalities.My school environment, along with the invaluable support from teachers, an NGO, and my church community, played a significant role in shaping my values and aspirations. Being raised by a single parent, I understand the struggles many children and parents face in pursuing their dreams. This personal experience ignited my passion for working in the NGO sector, where I strive to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.My two years pursuing a Master’s in Development Studies at Azim Premji University further strengthened my resolve to create positive social impact. Currently, I am working with Magic Bus India Foundation, focusing on empowering young graduates to break the cycle of poverty and build fulfilling lives, ultimately contributing to positive community development.I am eager to leverage my skills in youth development and program management to contribute to initiatives that support employment and empowerment for marginalized communities.
