I lead weekly planning meetings where we go over event logistics, assign tasks, and make sure everyone knows their role. I also mentor team members along the way, helping them build skills and work together effectively so our 12-hour fundraising event runs smoothly. This role gives me the chance to combine planning, teamwork, and leadership while making a real impact for the organization and the community.
