ABOUT RACHEL ZHOU

About Rachel (she/her) The end of 2022 concluded my years of education as I graduated from UBC Sauder with a Master of Management after obtaining my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in the same year. As a goal-oriented achiever, I stride across the crossroads of psychology and business with a growth mindset. Embarking on my next chapter, I started my career as the HR PMO for SAP Canada, delivering various regional HR projects. I continued my journey at SAP with the Academy for People and Business Transformation, gaining hands-on experience from an employee relations COE to project managing the branding and culture transformation of the People Agenda strategy. In this fast-paced VUCA world, I have stayed true to my values of adaptability and curiosity, as I expand my skills in strategic program management, employee engagement, branding and internal communications, data analysis, operational excellence, and continuing my journey to learn more. 🧠 My CliftonStrengths: • Strategic: Faced with any given scenario, I excel in recognizing patterns and finding multiple approaches. • Maximizer: I see strengths in others and seek to help them grow their potential at both individual and group levels. • Individualization: I appreciate each individual\'s unique qualities and strategize how different people can work together productively. • Focus: I work efficiently, take direction, prioritize, and follow through to reach the end goal. • Input: I accumulate information, ideas, artifacts, and relationships. Outside of school and work, I enjoy playing badminton, journaling, and playing Zelda TOTK, while currently learning kickboxing and piano.
