I am an experienced recruitment administrator currently working at Millennium Support. In my role, I manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant journey for new hires. I’m passionate about supporting candidates into meaningful roles that make a real difference in people’s lives.Before joining Millennium Support, I worked as a Compliance Consultant within the education recruitment sector, specialising in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) schools. I gained a deep understanding of safeguarding and vetting procedures, helping to place dedicated professionals into vital education settings.My career began at StepChange Debt Charity, where I spent several years as a Senior Caseworker, supporting individuals through the complexities of Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). This role strengthened my skills in client care, attention to detail, and working with vulnerable individuals — skills I carry forward into everything I do.I\'m motivated by purpose-driven work, and I thrive in roles that combine people-focused service, process accuracy, and social impact.
