ABOUT RACHEL WAITES
I have 2 and a half years experience working in recruitment. Since November 2023 I have been working in Early Talent/graduate recruitment. This involves reviewing applications, attending campus events, organising events & hosting assessment centers. Prior to this I spent 18 months working in contractor recruitment for various different clients. This involved sourcing & screening potential candidates, recruiting large numbers in a fast paced environment and interviewing. Prior to this I have 12 years working in financial services.
