Working directly with pro-se litigants in the Massachusetts Trial Court legal system in probate and family law in Boston, I aid primarily Spanish-speaking litigants in their cases and support three attorneys of the Court Service Center section of the Trial Court. I additionally am in charge of coordination of social services opportunities and legal clinics for litigants.

ABOUT RACHEL WAGNER
Recent graduate of Tufts University and student at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. I am ultimately looking to do environmental law in a Spanish-speaking country or community. I work currently with Massachussetts Trial Court Service Center as a Spanish legal assistant, assisting primarily in probate and family court and housing court.
