ABOUT RACHEL VENTRONE

If money weren\'t a factor and I could do anything in the world, I’d be right where I am today—helping people, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships. My career began in 2012, tutoring students with special needs. Over the next decade, I dedicated myself to private childcare, house management, and specialized assistance, providing families with the structure, support, and care they needed. Teaching yoga for the past five years has only deepened my ability to hold space for people—creating an environment where they feel seen, supported, and empowered. Acting was my dream—and I lived it, with a BA in Theatre from the University of South Florida, I spent years pursuing my passion as a working actor. When COVID changed everything, I returned to childcare with open arms. But as I started thinking more about my long-term future, I realized that the core of what I loved—building relationships, problem-solving, and providing real value—wasn’t limited to one industry. That realization led me to sales, where I found a new way to make an impact. I owe to it the leaders who took chance on me—first at Healthicity, helping healthcare organizations navigate compliance, then at LiveSwitch, delivering video communication solutions to home service providers. Now, at Chariot, I get to continue that mission by helping moving companies improve their operations and better serve their customers. At the heart of it all, my work has always been about people—understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and finding the right solutions. Whether through childcare, yoga, or sales, my focus remains the same: building trust, delivering value, and making a real difference.
