KentuckyOneHealth was purchased by UofL Health resulting in a change of employment to my new employer UofL Physicians.I am responsible for managing the daily administrative and technical support sections of a multi-location medical practice locations. In addition, I anticipate and plan for future changes while making recommendations to improve patient and customer service as appropriate. Leadership, Management and Organizational Development- Coordinate practice specific operations and activities to ensure proficiency and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards- Work with providers and staff on new process design and workflow and roll out- Responsible for employee performance management by completing performance appraisals and setting individual goals as outlined in policies and procedures- Effectively lead and develop a team of employees including hiring, training and development, salary recommendations, etc. for new and current employees- Manage all clinic staff on day-to-day operations including payroll systems and time management. Process Improvement- Prepare, recommend, and monitor clinic budget, goals, and objectives- Daily financial and analytical analysis- Participate in the planning and development of policies and procedures, as well as clinic-specific procedures and programs- Work closely with Regional Director to develop and implement performance goals and objectives.
