Rachel has a Bachelor\'s degree in Resort and Attraction Management from Bowling Green State University.Her love for this industry started at a young age when she would visit her home theme park, Kings Island. Soon, she wanted to be apart of the industry as quickly as possible. Rachel is passionate about musical theater, singing, and dancing. Created Training Guide for each venue and the Controls Booth for other Trainers to reference. This ensures each Trainer’s confidence whenever training a new Team Member-Trains and mentors Team Members by evaluating their performance utilizing the Team Member Evaluation form to ensure they are prepared and confident to safely and efficiently operate the attraction-Provided feedback to Leadership on different policy updates throughout the venue. This included combined rotations between Fyre Drill and Untrainable Dragon during a staffing shortage, Queue position changes at Fyre Drill and Loading procedures at The Untrainable Dragon. This feedback improves the daily operational challenges we may face, and helps to prevent any more challenges in the future-Represented the Quality Committee by ensuring venues are properly maintained and operational, including keeping the Fyre Drill Loading Platform clear of debris and other materials during daily operations such as taking inventory of our cleaning supply closets and disposing of any unmarked chemicals.
