Rachel is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Event Management. Prior to her leadership role with IEM, Rachel successfully managed and produced numerous large-scale trade shows, corporate seminars, and NI Week, the worldwide annual convention for National Instruments, an Austin, Texas high-tech company. Prior to NI, Rachel excelled in various capacities within marketing and public relations for ReplayTV, a Silicon Valley start-up company competing for DVR market share in the late 90’s along with the competitor TiVo. Rachel is currently a principal with The Edwards Group, as well as a number of other privately held companies. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
