Designated design lead for the re-design effort of the first sleep therapy product to be launched after a massive voluntary recall. It was the most profitable medical hardware product in the Philips portfolio and made up $690M in sales for the Sleep and Respiratory Care division. Led and project managed, a globally distributed team, for R&D efforts in medical technology solutions for the Sleep and Respiratory Care division, which spans devices, Saas, and embedded software. Facilitated innovation workshops to develop company-wide strategies on proper AI governance and healthcare policies. Developed product value propositions, experience flows, and user requirements which were then validated with patient and customer research to help inform software, product and mobile technology roadmaps.
