ABOUT RACHEL SHAPIRO

I love the magic of diverse groups coming together to create innovative and impactful learning experiences–experiences that help individuals realize new capabilities while supporting an organization’s need to change and grow. Facilitating talent development is my joy and building an organization’s learning culture is my jam. I specialize in creating targeted talent development programs that deliver impactful learning outcomes, inspiring people to see new ways to achieve goals. With a focus on fostering strategic partnerships and executing large-scale talent management projects, I facilitate a team’s collaborative and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional experiences that upskill talent. No matter the issue, I know that people are the solution, and building a talent function that helps empower teams is key to the future of work. I have enjoyed various roles throughout my career that have provided me with a powerful toolkit of capabilities, including usability research and user experience, content strategy and management, digital experiences, and product management. I use these skills to ensure excellent outcomes in all endeavors. My co-workers would describe me as someone who always looks at the big picture with the following strengths: Creative, Collaborative, and Curious I’m always asking questions, seeking to unleash the creative energy of a team to consider future options, and collaborating to build on each other’s ideas. I focus on helping the team work together to deliver great things. Thoughtful and Kind I love meeting new people, value the relationships in my life, and want to see others around me flourish. Action-Oriented I’ve found the best way to discover if a solution is worth pursuing is to take action. Run an experiment, test it, gather input from real people, and see what you learn.
