About Rachel Servidio

The element of storytelling and creating a unique visual experience comes as a result of my roots and my passion for creating digital content as well as art. Currently, I am a senior at Fordham University, where I am majoring in Communications and Culture.In addition, I am studying Film and Television and Digital Tech & Emerging Media. Following mypassion for providing content as a form of entertainment and pursuing artistic endeavors has led me tobe involved with several clubs, organizations, and companies both on and off campus.I recently was a graphic design intern for Orion Magazine. I am the PR Manager for Fordham Flava, a hip-hop dance team here on campus. I was a part of the HSA (Humanities Student Ambassadors), where I served on the e-board as a PR Management Committee Member and a Co-President. In my spare time, I write for MODE Magazine and The Fordham Ram, where I have contributed opinion articles to the online blog. I believe that there is always an opportunity to showcase and develop a special story, but also to produce a nuanced visionary experience that people want to engage with and can relate to.

   Orion Magazine is a non-profit magazine that specializes in bridging the gap between nature and culture to bring its readers a truly special experience. •Create and design graphics for the magazine\'s website to promote issue release, events, and new projects•Illustrate visual assets for the newsletter, webpages, posters, and other media.•Collaborate with the social media team to create templates and posts to be uploaded to their various social media pages •Write short pieces that have been included on the Orion website and were included in the printed version of the magazine.
