   As the Operations Director, I am directly responsible for establishing operational infrastructure, policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities, career ladders, as well as hiring philosophies and career development. I have grown a team up to 25 employees with highly mature managers. I make sure we deliver quality and timely service for clients’; from account setup, tax ID establishment and maintenance, tax filing and compliance to office administration. Directly responsible for managing, mentoring and leading a goal-driven, extremely high performing team while consistently showing aggressive growth and improving profitability.While not a tech professional, I have technical aptitude. Responsible for digital transformation and progression of the operations workload- taking antiquated manual processes and automating them through collaboration with product and engineering. A portion of my bandwidth goes to strategizing and leading our division product roadmap and initiatives through product planning, infrastructure assessment, and system integrations and conversions. In addition to Operations, I maintain and mature additional revenue streams to diversify our portfolio and expand our product offerings and services while ensuring that we remain competitive and ahead of market trends. When I took over as the Director of Ops, I did not leave my Compliance duties behind. I continue to be the lead for our Compliance team-Federal and state tax filing, remittance and maintenance and interpretation of labor law regulations.
