About Rachel Santucci

Enthusiastic - Driven - Team Player - Leader Diverse sport background that has allowed me to learn a lot about the field in a short period of time. Working at both the collegiate and professional level has allowed me to learn both the similarities and differences in these fan bases and how to approach them. I hope to apply my previous experiences to future positions as well as keeping an open mind to continual learning and application. I enjoy the fast-paced sport environment and the ever changing aspect of the work-style. I have learned that I thrive under pressure but I also go into every event and situation with a plan in an effort to be as prepared as possible. I am open-minded to all opportunities in sport and believe knowing a little about each aspect will benefit me in having a better understanding of our overall product and guide me to discovering what I want to do with my career post-graduation. I have the most experience in Marketing and Operation but am always excited to try new things. I am outgoing and find that this career field allows me to really connect with fans and spectators and engage them in the event. My experience in leadership positions has taught me a lot but I also have a strong understanding of the importance of working as a team player in order to create one cohesive unit. Without doing so, the events I am working to execute would not be able to match the high level of prestige that these organizations demand.
