FemForward aims to pave the way for equal representation of women in leadership positions across the MENA region, supporting women in shaping a brighter future while fostering a shared society of collaboration and unity between Arab and Jewish women.Our initiatives, FemForward Leaders, FemForward MENA and FemForward YoungLeaders, each serve as a unifying force. By bringing together women and youth across otherwise disconnected communities, the FemForward portfolio represents a shared commitment to building bridges at a local and international level through professional advancement and leadership development.We are currently in the middle of our 9th and 10th cohorts of FemForward Leaders in Haifa and the Galilee; this is the program with a proven track record that provides the tools for participants to progress in their careers as they face obstacles on the path up to senior leadership and specifically as they attempt to take on their first managerial position (known as solving the \"broken rung\"). Female leadership in a shared society is the future of the MENA region. It is this future that we are creating.
