Lead the IDEAS Program at World Learning, managing program staff and all related program activities and budgets- Expertly manage and execute program activities in line with donor expectations; maintain a strong working relationship with the donor- Effectively communicate across diverse stakeholders and build sustainable partnerships with organizations, institutions, and individuals across the study abroad field- Remain abreast of key trends in the field of education abroad to ensure program content is timely, relevant, and responsive- Increase program brand recognition and awareness in the U.S. HEI community through developing conference proposals and presentations; overseeing print and online marketing; and maintaining relationships with professional organizations and associations- Design and implement virtual and in-person trainings for U.S. HEIs, which includes identifying expert speakers with diverse perspectives; ensuring accessibility standards; overseeing an online Library of Resources; and managing related contracts and logistics- Serve as lead writer and proposal manager for all program renewals and rebids- Track and monitor all program costs across multiple open awards, ensuring that budgets remain on track- Chair interdepartmental World Learning and SIT Higher Education Institution staff working group to identify and facilitate opportunities for interdepartmental collaborations, including but not limited to: leveraging HEI contacts across the organization; presenting cohesive marketing of opportunities for HEIs to engage with World Learning; coordinating regional and national conference presence; and consolidating organizational thought leadership related to key trends in U.S. higher education.
