Now, Global Learning Partner at Pearson.Previously a highly talented, experienced Commercial Excellence Manager, part of the UKI Country Leadership team for Hillrom-Baxter, playing a critical role in driving profitable sales growth through all departments & building a culture of excellence. I have a highly competitive nature that is driven by taking physiological ownership of everything I do; I have that essential achiever drive and mentality, meaning I constantly strive for success, push the boundaries of what’s possible & thrive in an environment that is busy & challenging. I have been hugely successful in my MedTech career by building teams that are focused, aligned, talented & who I have deep genuine trusting relationships with, taking me on the path to wining multiple Regional Sales Manager of the Year awards & Team of the Year. I’m so proud of also having had several my team winning Newcomer & Salesperson of the Year awards between 2005 & 2011.I have a passion for developing people, the ability to spot talent, naturally able to influence & engage others, I understand people’s motivators & drivers, all critical for my journey into Talent Development & Commercial Excellence. Building a ‘strengths-based’ development program of high performance through our Gallup partnership, leading change management & introducing a coaching culture by rolling out and delivering GROW Training.
