   Program Development - Assist with program development, proposals, contracts, costing, site inspections and client presentations when appropriate. Recommend solutions to enhance client programs as opportunities arise. Provide logistical insight during program development process. Attend vendor meetings and site inspections as needed.Event Management and Execution - Serve as event lead to include pre-event logistics, client management, onsite management and program close. Conduct additional research and costing for program revisions and additions. Perform site inspections (virtual or onsite), make recommendations and guide client and team on best-fit options. Vet, select and negotiate with vendor partners, negotiate for best possible costs, terms and concessions, review vendor contracts and final invoices for accuracy. Coordinate seasonal staff shift scheduling and communications. Produce program collateral including bus signage, ticketing, attendee swag/gifts, print event plans and airport manifests, etc. Coordinate program equipment inventory for onsite event use including radios, iPhones and iPads. Assist with a variety of program tasks such as reviewing documents for accuracy, collating, ordering event supplies, etc. Serve as onsite support. Assist in program close process.
