Full time position within the Training and Competence departmentResponsible for conducting digital (C-Sam / e-file) and paper (personnel file) audit of training certs/records to identify training gaps.Identify training required and identify, select and manage external training providers necessary to deliver training as required and liaise with training providers to ensure quality of services.Coordinate and administer training and all relevant paperwork.Record all training, including certs paper filed, scanned to e-files and hyperlinked in C-Sam.Liaising with other departments regarding provision, coordinating and reporting to HR Manager to maintain effective and relevant operational activities.Assist with auditing of training and competence services and close out relevant corrective actions promptly, assist with maintenance of external body approvals and / or accreditations and the evaluation of training and competence delivery.Actively contribute to training and competence related meetings and administer close out of training and competence corrective actions.
