I work as a Researcher for the Indigenous negotiations team. In this team, which has been active since 2010, I have the opportunity to - Collaborate with various Indigenous Nations and communities across Canada- Accompany my colleagues in the negotiation of agreements with government and business (negotiation, planning, implementation of benefits)- Develop and strengthen a community-based research approach, acting directly for and with communities- Work with a team of professionals specializing in social sciences, economics, mining and negotiations, and even more, when working with other research units (Ecology, Indigenous Health, Socio-Economic, GIS, etc.)- Develop and strengthen my skills in Indigenous law and territorial governance through negotiation and various negotiation strategies.
