I recently started a new role (Specialist, Digital Communications) with the American Physical Therapy Association\'s (APTA) Foundation for Physical Therapy Research. From September 2020-March 2025 I was a member of the Strategy and Delivery Solutions team at Palladian Partners Inc.(an Altarum company), where I advised national health organizations on public-facing programs and internal communications initiatives. Palladian Partners is a creative communications firm dedicated to disseminating information about new discoveries in health, medicine, and social science to professionals, educators, patients, families, and the public. Our clients included a wide range of government agencies, such as the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Before that, I worked in strategic communications at Grant Thornton LLP, consulting with multiple federal government agencies across the defense and international trade industries on their communications plans. Prior to that, I held hybrid public health and communications roles at Grow Ohio Valley and The Walt Disney Company. In these positions, I managed large health education programs, developed and executed communications plans, and collaborated with diverse teams to prevent the proliferation of non-communicable diseases.I hold a Master of Mass Communication with a focus on digital strategy from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications (2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with minors in Health Education and Psychology, from the University of North Florida Brooks College of Health (2017).
