I am a highly self motivated and determined leader, passionate about adding value and continually improving the employee and customer experience.I am CIPD level 5 qualified and have a strong ability in leading, managing and developing large teams across multiple sites and hybrid working operations. I have a passion for creating positive, diverse and inclusive work environments that prioritise employee well being and happiness. I have experience in implementing and managing relationships with an offshore partner and a proven ability in leading operations to meet and exceed KPI’s. I focus on continuous improvement and have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic solutions to drive efficiencies and improve the customer and employee experience.I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience in managing client relationships. I have the ability to create reports and present data and detail in a way that is meaningful, tailored to meet needs and adds value. I am incredibly passionate about the employee experience and workplace culture and as a result have incredibly high employee retention rates and engagement survey results.
