I do my best work in fast-moving environments where there is real work to be done and real people to work with. In my role, I am a practical, hands-on partner who helps teams and customers solve fleet and upfit challenges and makes sure things get executed, not just discussed. I take ownership of both the details and the outcomes, whether I am supporting a larger program or working through a one-off issue that still matters to the end user. There’s no job too small or too big—I’m always ready to get things done with energy and enthusiasm.A big part of what I do is build trust across engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers. I value clear communication, follow-through, and being someone people can rely on when things get complicated or timelines get tight. I am comfortable navigating gray areas, connecting dots, and helping move decisions forward in a way that balances speed, cost, and long-term value.I bring a mix of big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution. Much of my experience is in enterprise and commercial fleet environments, where alignment, consistency, and practical solutions make a real difference. I focus on understanding how equipment and upfit decisions impact the people using the vehicles every day and adjusting plans accordingly.At the end of the day, I am a relationship-driven problem solver. I care about doing the work well, supporting the people around me, and seeing things through from start to finish.
