Leads, develops and executes the learning strategy to support over home office and distribution center associates. • Project led and executed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE & I) Skill Building programming for the Bath & Body Works (BBW) leadership team from Director to C-suite. • Spearheaded the project to modernize organization-wide leadership competencies that enables the teaching and accountability of successful leadership behaviors; gained alignment from company-wide C-level executives. • Created a centralized Learning & Development team supporting BBW Logistics; optimized seasonal associate onboarding across 7 different operations and laid the groundwork to support a formal development pipeline for front line associates. • Established first-ever Leadership Onboarding Program to support the critical role of new front-line leaders. Formal leader onboarding ensures associates have a consistent experience with various leaders and it allows our organization to maintain positive associate relations. • Leveraged partnerships with local university to create two impactful programs investing in front line associate development: Maintenance in Training Program and English Language Learning (ELL) Program. Maintenance in Training is a work/study program established in response to a specialized labor shortage and allows us to train associates with no experience in complex multi-craft maintenance with a focus on agility in scheduling. The ELL Program is a key element to creating equity among associates who face challenging language barriers.
