Hi, my name is Rachel Olsen. I am a recent graduate with an associate’s degree in Data Analytics. I also have over a decade of customer-facing and team leadership experience, which means I have proven strengths in communication, attention to detail, and process improvement, now backed by technical skills in Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Recently, I built a Power BI dashboard for my local church using DAX to track attendance, demographics, and tithing trends. I even projected future income from tithes based on attendance patterns. Now, I am excited to apply these strengths in business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. I’m currently looking for an internship or entry-level role where I can jump in right away by helping clean and organize messy datasets, build dashboards, and spot trends that support smarter business decisions.
