As Development Director, I lead strategic fundraising and financial development efforts to support the growth and sustainability of Bare Bait Dance and the Westside Theater. I develop and execute multi-year fundraising strategies, oversee donor and sponsor cultivation, and manage all aspects of grants, sponsorships, and donor relations. I also partner with our bookkeeper to monitor financial performance, ensure grant compliance, and produce regular financial and fundraising reports.Additionally, I help direct the BBD Apprentice Program and teaching BBD Company Ballet Class.
